the video is so weird, it looks like he wanted to be shot almost i dont know its crazy

there's footage of a man (on government ground) trying to fuck up someone's car, then walking towards cops who already had guns drawn on him

I dont feel like they shot him because he was black, at that point it was on the verge of a national security risk

because he would have been a distraction. gunfire made people panic and fucked up the entire security protocol.
