The charcoal is not: We're rollin with the big gas grills by the pool

with that said: Time is of the essence, wont be no 48 hrs to marinate bih

I wanna make this meal bang but keep it somewhat simple

Lowkey want some good sides, mac n cheese and maybe some corn on the grill but its so hot too so maybe we're looking at salads and mango salsas idkkk

The purpose of BBQ/Grilling is to infuse the food with the aromas of the wood/charcoal it is cooked over.

this is entirely the entire point of it

when you cook on a gas stove your food will taste like.....
wait for it....
gas!

if you're too cheap or lazy to not buy a $20 grill and a $5 bag of charcoal then you're not interested in REAL bbq
hell, I'm sure you can catch a $12 grill on sale at walmart around this time of year
so for under $20 you can be up and running

After seeing the way you do I feel like 99% of whoever's in this post aint got jurisdiction to speak on bbq'ing

The maintenance people here clean the grills every morning.... There's two of the $10k ones, they mostly stay clean even though from the looks of the gathering by the pool now shits about to get messy out chea

But yeah on the regular the grills are squeeky clean

You need to bless us with the recipe for those beans you get poppin tho, looks incredible

oh and, good luck
