i ain't gonna lie, i'm trying to build my playlist. it's solid, but i know i'm missing a lot. i know i'm really missing a lot from the sean paul/wayne wonder/elephant man heyday up through popcaan.
also, FYI, i may incorrectly label a song or two as "dancehall" when maybe they are technically something else so feel free to correct me. i'm sort of basing the label off of songs i've heard at dancehall club nights.

although i love but i guess i was also asking about songs that were just big for the time even if they aren't considered an outright classic.
i mean, i know a lot of these songs its one of those "forgot more than i remember kind of things" because you don't hear dancehall enough for it to ring your memory from time to time.
