I unfortunately have alot of people on my FB that are not exactly friends(i play competitive table soccer and alot of people across the country/world on my friends)

i also have former classmates


so theres several people that I *know* but maybe not necessarily friends


Sometimes I cant help myself when they post stupid easily verifiable stuff. Unfortunately most of it comes from a VERY SPECIFIC type of person if you know what I mean



I've had pretty close friends post some pretty offensive/ignorant shit which I tried to call them out privately. Others I just drop the snopes/truth right in their post. I usually just unfollow them the next day too lol


anyways what extent do yall go to? Its probably best to just ignore/unfollow but I cant help myself sometimes

Just politely disagree and get them talking. When you just keep it to opinions and they've dropped 4 or 5 'facts' it's pretty satisfying to do a one reply takedown.

He said he was in the room, and they both started crying and asking if there was any way out of it, and said the doctor was crying too, but he had no choice but to give her a chip implant because of her insurance under Obamacare. Dude's had some other friends posting sympathizing and quoting the bible about the mark of the beast (dude isn't even Christian or religious at all anyways.)

There were a few years there where every month or two I'd get a different forward from someone or other stating that next week it would suddenly be legal for telemarketers to call your cell phone, and you needed to add your cell to the federal Do Not Call list in order to prevent telemarketers from calling your cell all night and day.

Inevitably people added that a telemarketer had just called their cell (which is very possible, though not legal), and that they had just added their cell number to the Do Not Call list (which is also perfectly fine, but not evidence that one needs to do so.)
