"the affect of celebrity deaths"

has there been a celebrity death that impacted you? if so, who and how?

is there a living celebrity whose death you'll really feel?

i was in high school and living in PG county where Len Bias was a really big deal. he was destined for greatness. the only thing about his situation that wasn't perfect is the fact that he was going to be playing for the celtics. i would have to reconcile my hatred of the celtics with my love for Len.

Maryland was putting the next superstar in the league.

then he died.

of a drug overdose.

i couldnt wrap my brain around that. how the hell does the best college basketball on earf die...of a fuckin drug overdose?

i really felt that. still do. he's the only celebrity whose death stirs up emotions in me.

nobody else has done that. not biggie, not mj, nobody.

the only living person i'm dreading to see leave the world is Stevie.

Only ones that i could see having some sort of effect would be Jay or an athlete that i actively root for or on my team.

Edit: and even jay wouldn't hit me like that anymore. Its not like he still putting out good music lolol

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

Sean Price and Phife hurt. Going back some...Layne from Alice in Chains was fucked up because I was HEAVY into that scene at the time. But, Paul Walker's death really got at me for some reason. I just watched Furious 7 like a week ago.
