the group hasn't had a Pop hit in over 10 yrs.

it's been so long that the kids don't know Outkast.

and the group didn't really follow up its big Pop hit ('Hey Ya') and so i doubt most of the millions who bought that song or were otherwise into it have been waiting 12 yrs for another hit from Kast. especially considering the group DID release singles from that Idlewild record that didn't do as well as 'Hey Ya'.

unless it has some insanely catchy Pop hit single on it like 'Hey Ya' the group's album would flop. mostly b/c of unreasonable expectation. i think it would sell maybe a million or so copies and in today's music world that's good but Kast has had diamond-level sales and so the group is expected to sell like that again and that just won't happen.
