These licences stipulate certain rules around how you can listen to a service like Mixcloud:
- You cannot scrub or rewind backwards within a show, only forward"
this here is some straight up bullshit.
Move to soundcloud quick fast and in a hurry.
... Oh, nice ass mix too, but I had to download it in order to be able to rewind it.

Y'all see I got banned TWICE on there. I THINK I figured out how to not be banned...I've been back since like December and haven't got any warnings or takedowns yet. But still....it feels like they could ban me at any moment.

People can't download, which is ok, but the fact that you can't rewind? Then, the fact that you can't do a mix for the same artist because you can't use more than three songs from any one artist on a mix? That part is crucial. The no-rewind policy surely sucks as well. And the fact that they make you manually label each track. AND that it takes so long to upload. It's just too much hassle to me.
