Here's a quick update on the class action that's in the works: You don't have to be a plaintiff in the case to recover. If we're able to establish a class and recover, backers will be eligible to recover as class members without being named plaintiffs and in the same manner as the named plaintiffs. How can he solve this problem?

He was REAL far off on the final day or so and then randomly got a huge donation. I immediately called it out as Elzhi making the contribution to save face from embarrassment of not being able to raise the money but it looks like now he did it in order to get whatever money was donated. Unless I'm wrong, I believe if you don't hit your goal all the money is automatically returned to the donators.
