I too was on the side of those saying he and the crew could have intervened or at least made sure ole girl was ok....

but this morning watching CBS This Morning I saw this story and mannnnnn if that gun hadn't jammed wow... i can't even imagine what was going through dude's mind while on that concrete.....dude tried to cap him off MULTIPLE times...geez

Turning a complete blind eye when someone is in need is what's frowned upon.

Dude who shot him is clearly on some other shit and needs to be permanently taken of the streets. That could have been anyone he tried to shoot over nothing at all.

It was already ugly, if that gun hadn't jammed it would have been even worse.
