is the reason why microwave rap is so popular

its a damn shame because church in the
streets is one of his best

and this is after one listen
no autotune
no blatantly pandering tracks
no soft shit basically

the concepts are simple, the beats are ridiculous of course
and dude had a jazzy boho spoken word interlude after a trap song
cmon
when the last time somebody did that?

bother check for Jeezy in 2015? His production isn't on par with his older stuff. He's not a particularly great rapper, he just had the glow, and he doesn't have it anymore.

so, why wouldn't you check on his new stuff? if you don't like it, that's one thing, but I don't understand not checking someone's stuff because "I have his first 4 projects."

...the "Black Messiah" album. A two minute spoken word piece by a woman over congos and trumpets? Sounds like something that would be on Blackalicious' newest, not Jeezy's.

That being said, the album is cool enough so far.
