Plus, what's wrong with creating some extra positivity in the work environment? Would you rather they show up one minute late tired or with a bad attitude? Nah, let them cook and build up some goodwill.

Showing up early and proceeding to distract others that are working IS the problem.
If you want to show up early to go over some things for the meeting...cool..lets GO.
But don't come through just trying to kill the 15min. with a BS session... .AIN'T NO BODY GOT TIME FOR DAT!
