mom listened to a lot of AM radio when i was little and 70s had many resurgent moments but i never hear anything about john denver not in movies or commercials (used to be big in commercials) maybe too earnest for the past 20 years dunno but i swear they were hits they were play a heck of a lot on am radio also i knew him from the muppets

When his first album dropped that's when we were starting to get serious. We played that album EVERY time we were together. It's our album. A good but not overly great album but it holds a special place with us forever.
