lol at the look of fear he had before he realized what just happened. Sticking your arm out past your mirrors just doesn't seem like something to make a habit out of.

Most modern cars have much higher beltline than older cars so its not really even comfortable to rest your elbow out anymore, much less hang your whole arm out.
