now i get posting errors but it stops. i've tried to post to this thread 3x, this is the first time i went through. turned off third party and advertising cookies. this seemed to do the trick. ok i just lied it happened again. blocking all cookies, remedies it, but leaves me unable to post. so there's no solution.

Right now it looks like it isn't happening if I use chrome on my phone.
Just before typing this i tried to access the boards using safari and was redirected three times. Switched to chrome and am able to view the boards fine so far.

i do think it is isolated to safari based on my experience and everyone here stating their browser is safari.
not sure if chrome has something built in that does not allow the hijacking to happen.

i don't really use chrome much on the phone. since the issue started weeks ago ... i sometimes use chrome for the boards and have not had a redirect when using it. i have probably visited the boards on chrome a handful of times.

all good. i needed this info to help determine the source of the issue (browser related or otherwise). in this case, it appears to be a combination of something in safari that's triggering the app store whenever the banner ads are loading during the log in/out stage of the OKP forum page.

understood. my apologies for the inconvenience (to you and everyone else). in the meantime, you might want to consider using chrome while we sort things out with safari and the banner ad situation.
