7. "I've had 2 accidents with pigeons." In response to Reply # 0
Once, there was 1 pigeon in the street. I just knew it was gonna fly away. It did, but i still hit it with my hood. I was maybe going 25mph. It hit the hood, then the roof of the car and then i saw it in the street in my rearview. When I got oout the car, i had some feathers on the hood still.
2nd time was worse. It was under the elevated 3 train on Livionia avenue(for my brooklyn peeps) Pigeons for days. There's one spot where there is all these bread crumbs...i'm not sure who dumps them oout but there's like 20 pigeons eating/fighting over the crumbs. I'm coming down at least 30mph and i just know the pigeons are gonna fly away. They don't...I start blaring my horn as I approach and half start to fly away. The other half either stays or flies away once my car got over them. I ran over a few and a few hit the undercarriage of the car. I felt like i was hydroplaning and the sound was like when ice gets caught in the blender blades. Maad blood and dead birds was in the street and it happened right in front of a school at 8am smh.
