Let's say you meet this girl you really like. But she's not into long hair or your beard. You don't know though. Would you rather she ignore you or fade or tell you about it and give you the opportunity to cut/shave that shit off?

I love beards...if you have one, YAS! but if you cut it off, I'm disappointed but I will deal. But i don't think i'd ever ask a guy to change a physical attribute about himself that he had prior to meeting me.

The person in question has photos with and without beard so I do not think it's that serious.
I'm just wondering how people feel about it.
Also I had a guy ask me out on a third date this week, his beard was a small factor in why I said no.
For the most part I assume it's not something you could ask, but I wouldn't have been particularly surprised if some guys polled said they didn't care.
I am surprised almost everyone thinks it's such a big deal.
I told one boyfriend I liked it when he grew out stubble on the weekend. He complied. It was not a big deal.
