That's about a 30-45 minute process. Granted, my kitchen gets hot as hell. So, that probably helps. If I pull it out at the start of the process and put it aside, it's money by the time I'm ready to throw it on my fries.

Some items tell you to keep them in the fridge so they don't spoil, and some tell you that because it's taste recommendation. But I'm not really trying to decide which it is - if the bottle say keep in the fridge after opening that's where I'm keeping it.
