because I was having a lot of problems with a pinched nerve in my neck.
One cleared up the pinched nerve.
Another one stopped my then boyfriend from snoring.
I sent one to my dear friend who had neck pain and he didn't use it for a couple of years and then, when he did, he immediately sent me an email apologizing for not taking it seriously.
I ended up buying a travel one because trying to sleep on overstuffed or undersupportive pillows when I travel is just ugh to me now.
Now with that said, I have to also tell you that twice I have bought memory foam pillows that were not tempur pedic, on the promise that they would be cooler, and gave them away because they didn't give my neck enough support.
Also, I'm speaking specifically about the neck pillows. They make one that is shaped like a traditional pillow and I only use that as a back rest when I'm reading in bed.
But oh hell yeah.

Fluffy pillows hurt my neck so I used to sleep without a pillow.
Its the only pillow I can use.

I got two Tempurpedic ones, the softest, biggest ones they made when I bought my bed (Weightless Supreme). Some gray market deal with a squirrelly Jewish guy where I got about $3500 worth of shit for $1200 cash. Classic. I love the bed. I live the pillows. I later bought another pillow with some kind of cooling gel over the memory foam which I also liked.
HOWEVER, I kissed a fair number of frogs to get to the prince. Most of the shit they sell at a department store or Bed, Bath & Beyond is ass. I bought one at a ross for $30 that looked decent but it also sucked. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Also don't buy that Serta I-Comfort brand bullshit, there you actually don't get what you pay for, you get less for the same high-ish price. I have not tried any Casper products yet.
Furthermore, while i haven't had this problem with my current pillows (thanks in part to some very good covers), the first Tempurpedic pillows I had were HOT AS HELL. It is a common issue with memory foam material in general. This is something to be mindful of, the material can really get warm over the course of a night with your head resting on it.
And you will know MY JACKET IS GOLD when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

It's like sleeping in the cocoon of a mama bear. On average I sleep between 2-3 hours every night so I need all the sleep support I can get and I don't know how I've been surviving all of these years without it LOL

Take some Alpha Brain, cut off, everything and try to sleep. If that doesn't work vape some lavender and that should help you sleep more than two to three hours a night.
