"OKCyclists, bike light recommendations? "

I'm not trying to spend too much. Something simple so I don't get run over on regular streets.

like these: http://www.amazon.com/LED-Concepts%C2%AE-Silicone-Waterproof-Bicycle/dp/B00KHAVAE8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1434992442&sr=8-2&keywords=led+bike+lights

but if you get really cheap ones on amazon they may not work
i had some from the bike store that were more money but lasted me

plus they are easily removable/portable

They did look like they could be hit or miss. I'll hit up a bike shop today.

i was trying to meet the free shipping threshold so i bought an even cheaper one (i was like 2 dollars away) and that one worked. thankfully the front light in the set was what failed and the cheap light was a front light so i was set.

i had a set from a bike store that was fine. i just had zero time to buy it there and i wanted to ride ASAP

I do when I break out the endurance bike. A skin suit has a padded short which makes it possible to ride more than 20 miles

it's definitely essential depending on how you ride.

the most i've ever ridden in one ride was 15 miles. 30 total (biked to the beach) and i sort of wish i had those pants. lol.
