but i know for sure Mr. Gibson pays attention to what's happening on the block. one afternoon dude started walking out his front door and across the street the INSTANT he saw me pull up. he wanted to let me know that he saw the mailman delivering a package and basically threw it up on the front porch from down at the bottom of the steps. he was letting me know in case there was any damage to what was inside because, in his opinion, if there was that's how it happened.
but yeah that dude stay nosy, and you're right, in some ways it's a good thing.
