It really depends. If the tooth at an angle at all, or not inline with the plane of the rest of your teeth, as in it hasn't erupted to the same height... it will get many cavities that are not worth constantly filling. If it's causing your other teeth to crowd be cause of the lack of space in your jaw to accommodate it, pull it. Also, they can refer nerve pain around mouth that don't even have problems on the nerve, making you feel like you have a cavity in any tooth in your mouth. If you're young, 25 and under, take them out, they may not be fully erupted an you will have these problems in the future and your DMD can see that.
All that said many dentist do take out wisdom teeth that don't need to come out for the dough. Get a second opinion if you're worried about it. ___________________________________________________________
WHAT IS THIS TONSILLITIS THING? DO THEY REALLY NEED TO BE REMOVED? DO THEY EVEN EXIST? I NEVER SEEN ANY DAMN TONSILS, HAVE YOU?
Not everyone's wisdom teeth need to be removed, but yes they can become impacted and if you let it get severe it can really fucked your other teeth up as well as your jaw and that means bigger problems down the line, plus you get ugly/uglier.
And you will know MY JACKET IS GOLD when I lay my vengeance upon thee.
