all due respect to Boyz 11 Men,Jodeci,etc.. After 7 were those cats with that harmony and vibe. they took LA and Babyface's cut and put that Syrup on it and made it butter.

those cats were badd IMO. who else was on big on After 7 back in the day?

in the late '80s when After 7 came out with their self titled album? man, that album was like that!! it had that right amount of r&b to make chicks feel the familiar with that jazz vibe to make them feel like you were on some next shit and different than the guys playing al b sure.

i bought it on cd and played it on my first ever 6 disc cd changer...

Ready or Not was a staple on all slow jam tapes.

hell yeah, '89 was the shit...
