tired of eating out all the time

I have a colleague who swears by this service. The meals looks easy enough for a beginner -- which I am.

Have you tried this out?

I don't have the time or energy to really cook cook every day, though.

If you're a hearty eater, it's still enough food for two people, and if you eat less, 3 people could probably handle it.

I live alone so its just for me. It didnt have an option for one person meals, only two. Pretty sure i'll have plenty of leftovers for lunch

Seems like a great way to learn new recipes as well. EVen though you don't use it anymore, do you still make a few of the dishes ?

3 meals for 2 ppl

FOR FREE FOOL (usually 60 bucks)

yeah it was the shit

We got quesadillas, pozole, and enchiladas (my girl adapted these from nopales to chicken, they were dumb good.) The pozole was ridiculously good.

The debate we had is whether 60 is too much for 6 meals, but it's essentially what you would pay eating fast food but much healthier and you can utilize the ingredients however you like, and also if it's worth it to get the meals if you don't like one of the meals in a particular week (it's not)

We probably will try it going forward from time to time but will not be doing it on the reg due to schedule issues.

that shit is a lot of work. when they say you do everything but shop for the food...they mean it. they could help you out a little more, but they want you to enjoy the whole experience. i had a friend say they should put a sous chef in the box with everything else.

but its fun. good meals. and for $10 a meal....it saves money cause when i eat out, i have a tendency to drink a lot more.

it's true what they say...people are strange, when you're strangers.

not compassionate....only polite.

I am not like you at all and i cannot pretend.

TBH the fact that you're even a mod here fits squarely within Jag's narrative of OK-sanctioned aggression, bullying, and toxicity. *shrug*
