"So Steve innskeep is a closet conservative right? "

And maybe somewhat racist? I got this notion over a year ago when he was on meet the press lite weight bashing Obama and some of his latest interviews in regards to police wrong doing/murder have just strengthened my suspicions

It's kind of annoying becuz I think he's being sneaky about it

I don't really believe in objectivity in the media anyway but I just don't like the way he talks about Black people sometimes.

Been happening since the beginning of the Bush years.

Morning Edition is doing it too.

I'd provide examples but I'm too tired today.

He's the worst. Inskeep got really bad with the debt ceiling fight in 2010. I think he got caught up in the whole "Obama's a bad negotiator and highly partisan President who doesn't compromise" Narrative that Joe Scarborough, Charlie Rose and the republicans were selling day in and day out throughout 2011.

Yea man. He been on that. I noticed it around the 2008 election when he started throwin subliminals at Obama. He coulda kept it sneaky if he wouldn't have gotten so worked up(as much as u can get worked up on NPR) about the "left".

supposed to be giving op eds anyway but i would respect it more if he was just like im a voice on the right, right of center what have you

there is nothing wrong with having ppl on the left and right but i think he wants to hide behind the "objectivity" of morning edition and still get shots in

if its supposed to be completely str8 forward reporting and interviewing i shouldnt be made aware of ur bias and leanings

whatevs tho, i rarely skip segments on NPR ( i listen to it on my app) even if the topic is not that interesting but i couldnt bare to listen to him talking about the police killings and being completely biased in favor of the police for more than 30 seconds

Yea that's part of the reason I stopped listening to NPR/news in general. It was the last place I could get somewhat objective news. It seemed like during/after the 2008 campaign Errrbody chose sides.

Minorities are good and all conceptually until some asshole gets your Wendy's wrong and calls you a pasty bitch. Then every poor person with a shit job has no motivation and doesn't deserve a living wage.
