why its such a blow if people want to return/exchange items. you bought something I don't like without informing me prior to the purchase. you took a chance. sometimes you get it right. other times, not so much.

the purchaser shouldn't take it personal that I don't like the item. I appreciate the effort, but lets go find me something I actually like.
