would campaign contributions still exist as such?

does the electoral college remain intact?

general elections only, or are we including primaries/caucuses/recalls?

what are the penalties?

He was just making the point that if 100% of people voted, that he
thinks there would be a massive paradigm shift in governance, which
I don't necessarily agree with.

Does no good to enforce voting if the citizenry is uninformed abt the candidates and the issues they're running on which I would say represents more than half the electorate
