Someone posting under the alias of the hacker group Anonymous has sent out a very well produced and creepy video message for Kanye West. We don't know if it's real or not but the seven minute video is narrated by a man wearing a Guy Fawkes mask, a symbol of the group. The mysterious man attacks West for a number of incidents, most notably his outburst at the Grammys, and says that he steals the spotlight from people who work just as hard as he does, and questions him for his lack of respect.
The video gets personal at times throughout and mentions West's deceased mother and daughter North West. Watch it above, and we'll update with more details when available.

If anything she has more 'exposure' than Kim since she did playboy and all. I guess it's a reach in the sense that it's old news and there was no Anonymous then (or was there?). The comparison though seems accurate.

I mean I get that not all Anonymous are the same and this could be some punk that works at starbucks that can't hack shit but it seems technically inaccurate to me to say it isn't Anonymous.

This Kanye West video is not a real Anonymous video. You can tell by its poor production, comical execution, and tacky use of graphics/props. That is all the proof I need. You go on and believe whatever you like, I really don't care what you think.

There are no membership requirements or rules associated with anonymous so anyone can throw on a guy fawkes mask and call themselves anonymous. So while some members of anonymous produce videos with a consistent look it doesn't make it any more anonymous than the kid who works at 7/11 and can't hack for shit who makes a video in his bed room wearing the mask and calling himself anonymous.
Based on the "non-rules" of anonymous, they are both equally anonymous.

Despite the anarchist positioning of nony there were at one point regular members who regularly coordinated with one another. And amongst themselves they organized things which they opened up for anyone to participate in any way they could. The fact that there were organized ranks is how one of them got caught and flipped. for years he was a mole actually utilizing the nature of the nony org to be used by the feds. Though some might debate that he was doubling. Despite all of this from that point forward nony as it once was pretty much has not existed. Anyone worth their weight in it would not associate their actions to the group. They've been reduced to a mix of 4ch and disinfo. See ferguson nony as an example.

I been posting bricks about em for years now including the fishy stuff around the time ol dude got co-opted. That post from april is just the only one remaining. People didn't start caring til ferg, by which time it was too late. It was funny to see rjcc claiming this when mods were deleting other posts i was trying to make telling folk to stop paying attention to nony.

I didn't listen, but from what I read it seems like some masked dude threatened his family. You threaten someone's family, then you've earned whatever negativity comes back to you.
Edit: If someone threatens my son, I'd for sure contemplate offing them.
These anonymous folks could NOT threaten people, but they chose to do so. One can't be the instigator, then try to take he moral high-ground. Throw rocks at a beehive and see what happens.
