They are still around, just changing. I'm seeing more and more tan timbs tho, and I suspect it's because the style is old enough to be jacked under the guise of "irony." Hipster men and women. I'm guessing shit like 8-ball jackets and cross colours clothing will be next.

Funny thing is...I never really thought about how durable they were until this morning when I put them on because my normal snow boots (Clarks) fcked up my toe when I was wearing them all last week. I reached for these and was like "Damn....I done had these joints FOREVER!"

i've hardly worn em though so they still look real good.
i also have a pair of these goretex jawns that are also probably close to ten years old. they get worn in the winter when it's cold as shit. still in great shape. my boy said they don't make em anymore, but i don't pay attention to shit like that so i just took his word for it. they look like this:

I broke out an old pair of Beef and Brocolis and realize how much I loved them. after wearing them for a week I got some saddle soap and cleaned them up. Just like an old baseball mitt.
