I do not believe in violence against children in any form. I think this guy deserves the charges against him. He should have called the boy's parents and let them handle it. Daughter breaks rules and someone else gets thier ass whooped. I guess that will teach her not to do it again.

I understand that he felt disrespected. I understand how he may have felt, but despite how he felt as well as what he saw, he did not handle the situation correctly. Whooping the boy's ass did not nor will not change what has happened. IMO, he should have asked the boy to get dressed and immediately leave his house or asked the boy to call his parents, and wait outside his place until they came. But, beating on a 16 year old is wrong! As for his step daughter, he should have not hit her as well and placed her on punishment or waited until her mom came home to discuss what disciplinary action will be taken against her. Disrespected or not, those teenagers are still minors. This is a different day and age. Very tough situation to be in, but now Dad caught a case and possibly will get sued over this mess.

If you raise a child that has the balls to not only be bucky nekkid in someones else's home but ALSO in the shower with their daughter, but who some how doesn't understand the consequence of getting caught is almost universally an ass whupping then that's your damn fault.
Now, if they think the risk is worth it, then more power to them. Take the ass whupping on the chin and walk it off but let's not pretend this is not a universal offense in just about every state, country, prefecture, inlet and isle. This should always end with an ass whuppin.

Banging on the bathroom door, I was like yup I'm dead my girl went out first, got yelled at in her towel I tip toed to her bedroom (which thankfully was next to the bathroom) got dressed in a hurry and came out to face the music
Mom called me everything but a child of God told me never ever ever come to the house again I escaped, and since this was the 90's before cell phones me and gf had to communicate by notes
The funny part is it never registered that mom could call the cops (we were both underage, but nowadays that shit don't matter)

with this girl back in HS. She wanted to go to the prom with me but we both knew that wasn't going to happen (she was Italian) so we devised a plan. We would go on a DOUBLE DATE so we could still chill together. I went right up to her date the day before and told him about our plan and he was cool with it. My date had no clue and the only reason I asked her is because she took great photos
Anyway, the next morning all 4 of us wake up at her spot and she gets in the shower and asked me to bring her some soap or a towel...
I wanted to jump in that shit so bad but I kept thinking this dude would kill me if he came home early.
To this day my nigga teases me for not going in... I deserve it but fuck it. Her uncle was too crazy to take that chance and my date was looking at me like "dis dirt dog nigga has no shame"
