Well, me...I am gonna keep it simple. I have been cooking and celebrating the holiday season since November cooking greens, turkey on the grill, potato salads, other salads, sweet potato pies, etc. I am gonna keep it simple for Xmas this year. I am gonna fry some catfish, make some cole slaw and French fries but I might go and visit some friends or family and then I won't be cooking nothing !!! I won't feel bad or guilty if I don't fry the fish 'cause I have definitely done my share of cooking for this holiday season...

Don't feel bad if you eat some cereal for Xmas...It's just one of the most hectic days of the year, I hope that you will have a merry Christmas regardless !!!
My brother said that he was going to fry a turkey too!!! I gave him some of my turkey from the grill he really liked it but he lives about 60 miles away but I am going to call him and see if he can hold a plate for me...I don't know 'cause him and his family are some very big, greedy people and I just can't get out there for Xmas...I just hope that he will save me some. I loves me some fried turkey too but I know that I am too clumsy to fry a turkey. I am scared that I might get burned up and I am not even gonna ever try it, but I will see what I can get from my brother...

to break up the monotony from Thanksgiving. I prefer that myself, gives me a chance to not fall asleep early.
