Shout out to Cncpts. They have easily the shittiest customer service I've ever dealt with.

Tthe old people swarmed her one thanksgiving, and she was lost without a script to answer from.

(Indian guy with American name) made my mom cry this summer.

I ordered some stuff, got one item that came without an order slip that summarizes the order. By the way, I'm still waiting weeks later for stuff.
