"Night shift question (when is it acceptable to drink alcohol) "
I'm stuck on the night shift for the rest of the month. I just opened a beer It's seven am. I did wait until the end of our call to do so though, and lucky I did because I breifly was asked to go back to the plant. But since I'm not on a regular schedule, and it's a bad idea to drink BEFORE work, when is a good time to?

if you're drinking before then, people will look at you funny. if you drink before noon, people will say you have issues.
but since you're not working a traditional shift, all that goes out the window. you drinking at 8am is normal cuz you drinking after work like people do.
