Mine is a toss up between Do I Do-Stevie Wonder and I Gave You Power-Nas...I forgot Man in the Mirror (I sing along where ever I am to this song.)

i also fuck with the "black survivors" jawn with chuck d and bob marley. usually i hate those mashup records but that whole album was pretty good and that song is absolutely incredible. talk about emotion, talk about synergy and talk about inspiration.

One of the best lyrics ever committed to record and several of the best recordings/performances ever.
Torn between the Simon & Garfunkel original, the Aretha Franklin gospel version and the recording Johnny Cash did for The Man Comes Around. They're all brilliant - only conclusion? It's the best song in the world.
If I could only listen to one song for the rest of my life, it would be this. The chord progressions in the chorus/vamp, Marvin’s voice...it’s a perfect song.

Definitely my favorite hip hop song. It's really hard to narrow this all down to favorite song out of all songs ever made, but this is definitely in the running.

because of the way the song makes me feel. I feel incredible and uplifted when I hear it. A lot of songs do have a great effect but that song is very special to me.

Mass Appeal is perfect. like, everything about it was perfectly crafted, and all came together to make one of, if not the, best GangStarr songs ever.
James Brown's performance at the Apollo was legendary. And no matter how many absolute monster hits he's had, the live version of this performance never ceases to get me out of my seat wherever I am in whatever mood I'm in.
