all day. everyday for those 8 days.
it was quite uncomfy talking to ppl with my eye doing jumping jacks.
anyway, i was going to call and schedule an appt if it was still twitching because i had read somewhere that if it lasted longer than 7 days, you should see a doctor. well, i'll be damned if when i woke up that morning, that shit was gone. it was so fucking weird. b/c i wasn't stressed or anything prior to the twitch, but im pretty sure that it caused some stress on its own.
i still get the twitch every now and then but nothing lasting longer than a few hours.

I have gotten pretty bad twitches twice for about 1-2 weeks at a time. Each time it started with my eye (the under lid) and progress down to the corner of my mouth. Always the right side of my face, and eventually the muscles on the right side of my face became so tense that the corner of my mouth began getting pulled upward. I went and saw a doctor and he said it was just stress and that it would pass. It did.
Happened again about a year later. Exact same pattern, starting with just the eye and then down to my mouth. Started doing some research and I think I might have what's called Hemifacial Spasms. It really sucks because your eye eventually closes and you mouth is twisted upward and stays there for weeks sometimes. It's very very disheartening.
Luckily, there is a surgery that cures it fairly easily, and the next time that shit happens, I'm having it taken care of. I'm not gonna be walking around looking like I had a stroke once a year. Shit sucks
