Not gym or your jogging sneakers but you’re everyday sneakers you wear to work or wherever. Be it Jordan’s, air max, Skechers, new balance, whatever it may be .
Do you like a little space or do you want a perfect fit with toes and heel fitting perfectly?
I feel my size no longer fits as they once did and I’m having to make adjustments with a half size up but I don’t like it

...turns out that I'm actually a half-size larger than what I thought, and I wear a wide to extra wide (E or EE vs. the regular D). Don't forget to account for socks when you measure. I've also started looking up the sizing guides for each individual brand of sneaker or shoe I'm buying now. Some run big, some run small so I look up each shoe before I buy now and compare their numbers to mine when I buy online.
I prefer a bit of wiggle room in the toe area of my shoes, personally.
Edit: Downside for me is my actual size is now just out of the "normal" range. Not everything is available for me.
