Hey? I just have a question?

Has anyone tried to record vocals with a very small PC microphone? I'm not sure if I'm using the right terminology right now, but has anyone mixed a vocal audio file created from a small PC Microphone as the source of the vocal recording, with an instrumental audio file and put them both together? Is "mixed" the right word? ?

If anyone has, how did it sound like? Were the vocals in clear sound quality? Did everything in the audio file sound clear after it became mixed together? I'm just curious about how the sound quality would sound like?

Just trying to keep it basic, thanks if anyone could share their experiences.
