no one has experience with the new mpcs. they havent been released yet.

i havent used maschine. most users seem happy with it, except for a few limitations.

alot of convoluted things here. MPCs have a long history of performing well. RZA uses everything under the sun. The MV's are very very powerful. When you say the older MPC's arent as advanced, what do you mean specifically? Outside of effects, which arent so great on the newer models anyways, they are more than capable of doing most anything you want. Sounds like youre not sure what you want/need to do. Do your research-- try shit out. Buy used.

With alot of the workstations you mentioned, you'd have a preproduction studio without the computer. if you like synths, youll probably want to upgrade the PSR, or use VSTs. if you sample, yeah you should get a turntable. you might want to look at a dj mixer to go inbetween your sampler and your turntable
