"Help with buying a new tv"

Finally, I'm buying my own place and I wanna set it up nice with a brand new television set. Do I buy a plasma, hi-def, or projection? What's the best type out there?

First: Go high def for sure if you really wanna do it up and you're willing to drop the money...No ED, no bullshit...get HD..

Second: Flat Screen HD (Plasma/LCD..usually better picture) or Rear Projection HD (cheaper but not as good in most cases).

Then: Consider how far you are gonna be from the screen. That (and cost) will help you figure out which size. Get online for different ideals about size.

Get online (circuitcity.com; cnet.com; avsforum.com)...read some reviews so you don't get a total dud of a TV. Figure out what'll work for you. If you're not hanging the TV, find a stand (don't discount how important the stand is..that can go very wrong if the stand isn't the right height). Then, pull the trigger. Get back with us...let us know.
