"Downloading music files to an MP3 player"


          

I received a Craig 128mb MP3 player as a Christmas gift, and I'm having trouble downloading my music files onto the player. My operating system is Windows XP and I have downloaded music stored under the My Music folder. Is there anyone that can help me with my problem?
