you have to have a mysql database to install moveable type.

the thing is when you use blogger or movable type you have to put specific <tags> in order for the system to work.

thats what is says that it works with all those html editors, cause you just have to put the proper tags for your constant page elements like post date, post time, the posts themself and other shit.

you create a page template for movable type to use to create all the html pages for you.

first of all movable type isnt a program really...

its more like a interface for making your posts and catalogin' everything.

you put all the movable type files on your slangdigital server with the mysql database to hold you shit

If I have a blogger account, why would they need my ftp stuff? What function does that play into? I'm still very new to web authoring, I pretty much only learn things when I NEED them.

So, like, can I just take my regular html/css page and insert it into Wordpress, and then that will let me just insert text and it will load and archive everything automatically?
