"Question about Sirius..."

Are there any sirius radios for the car that do not require the AC adapter? My brothers car's AC power/cig lighter is broken, and i am trying to figure out how to help him out before Howard makes the jump...I myself am rockin the starmate and loving it, and he is quite pissed
any help would be great

peace

OR, if you were feeling really fancy, try to run a wire to the fuse that comes on when you turn the car on (like the one controlling the AC adapter for the car). I dont know of any add-on adapters that would work any other way.
