Is there a good site that can give an estimate of the highest/least amount of money one of the new Intel powerbooks will cost???

I just found out I can take a one time loan from my school to cop a new system and I'm going to go for broke with the Intel powerbooks.

especially if they have a new hardware design.

I'd wait until all the bugs are worked out, then cop the 2nd Gen.


But price wise......they'll prolly be a couple hundred cheaper. Not much, because most of the cost is from hardware design.

I just got off the phone with an Apple rep and they told me that (if) they reveal the intel powerbooks that I have 10 days to exchange the powerpc powerbook for an intel one for no additional charge.

so........... Guess that means I will be rolling with the Powerpc come the fourth of the year.

They aint gonna give ou brand new computer for free just because a new one shipped. Thats only if you buy it close to a window of release of a new product.
