Egypt would get me back in. I tried to play only one of the games after Black Flag and never finished it. In fact, barely got started and I just got bored and had AC fatigue even though overall it's one of my favorite series.

I hope the new one is good.

I loved Brotherhood and Syndicate, but I was disappointed by all the AC games released in between those two.

Egypt could be amazing, but I'm not hype. I don't think Ubi knows what makes this series special and they haven't really since ACII.

I enjoyed 3 and Black Flag, but I definitely know what you mean about it feeling less special.

yeah it is. that's why they got wise and took a little time off. they were releasing way too many AC games too quickly.
