1)Is 'now' even that good? I feel like it never gets mentioned...i assumed the streaming sucks

2)What I do hear get mentioned alot is EA access. If this has games beyond just backwards compatible microsoft published games, this could be huge

I've never used it so I can't comment on its quality, but I'm pretty sure they recently announced plans to scale back the Now service, suggesting that it's on its way to being shutdown.

it's not good. it's running on old tech (onlive?) and the quality of your experience is entirely dependent on your internet and your proximity to the now servers. i had a terrible experience with now on both ps4 and pc. tried hot shots golf and a few other timing games that needed low latency and they were basically unplayable. i've read that others have had better experiences

it's not just MS games. here's a partial list:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Games/comments/5wo4u1/introducing_xbox_game_pass_unlimited_access_to/deblw7r/

X1 :
Halo 5: Guardians
Payday 2
NBA 2K16
LEGO Batman
Mad Max
Saints Row 4
Gears of War ultimate edition
Terraria
Mega Man Legacy Collection
360 :
Fable 3
Soul Calibur 2
Tekken Tag Tournament 2

----------------------------------------

and the games are downloaded to your drive. and you can purchase them at a discount if you like them. it's a great idea. i think i'm going to get an s when the scorpio drops and retailers get flooded with s trade-ins

it's kind...games with gold+ / psn plus but with a really rotating library.

it makes sense, imo. if you can't afford to buy new $60 games every month, you can still play a shit ton of stuff

www.engadgethd.com - the other stuff i'm looking at

I don't have enough time to run through all of those games in a month and would love to at least have a minimum amount of time that I know each game would be around. I like that they're going to discount the games as well so if you really want one you can buy it.

The offspring :-D

I'm usually okay with what they put up even if it's not really for me sometimes the offspring like them on their 360.
