"Anyone have Android TV?"

Just got a new Sony 4k TV (The XBR-65X850C , review here: http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/sony/x850c) and it has Android TV on it.

I downloaded Kodi and VLC and they work fine. The TV interface itself is a little sluggish but the video playback on those apps is good.

Any tips on good apps, or fun things to try?

you can stream games to your TV using Moonlight.

That's about all I got, I just use my Nexus Player as a Kodi box.

If you're not a regular Kodi user, I would recommend checking out the Arctic: Zephyr skin. In the skin's options menu, you can switch it to vertical menu, making it look extra nice on the big screen.

example (yes, you can launch android apps from Kodi, and no those aren't my movies): http://i.imgur.com/AZ9QnpI.png

Also, I think Plex is now free for all Android TV users (I'm not 100% sure). Twitch is also available, if that's your thing. Both programs integrate nicely into the UI.
