Takes a lot of getting used but I don't mind it now. Key is to watch the little vid that explains the button shortcuts. Now that right trigger takes me to all my pins I'm good.
Just gotta work out a few more kinks. I do like how xbox constantly tries to update their OS though.

I had to shut my console down after the update as a few things weren't working (I'm looking at you Youtube) but now things seems straight. I like it so far.

like seriously it sank my buddy's whole XB1 play experience, basically -- frequent crashes, struggle using party, weird stuff like that. That was maybe like 3-4 weeks ago and he's been saying, "oh god DON'T do that dashboard update if you can avoid it." He opted out of preview just to avoid the mandated preview push. I figured they would have stabilized it in that time, and it seems like they have, but yeah -- there's some weird stuff.
Just confusing having the icons on the left, for some reason had to do a hard reboot to get my custom background to reappear, if anyone can figure out how to view the members in a party before joining the party, I'd love to know. I have faith MS will iron it out over time, but it does seem like more of a rough landing than previous updates...
