I couldn't resist anymore and preordered the Basic Bundle ($279AUD) which comes with MK8 and some Skylanders game. All copies of MK8 also include a free game download, so I'll gladly pick up Wind Waker HD as well:

I enjoyed MK Wii but those Blue Shells got on my nerves, not sure how much I'll like MK8. Gonna play Mario 3D World first, been looking forward to playing that.

Just give me the Xenoblade successor after that and I'm straight.

Mario Kart 8 you can avoid them...

If it was like, $200 with the game then yeah, for sure.

I got it at launch...and they are giving away games now...

I think it's too little, too late for Nintendo...they did the same thing for Gamecube...

I have to decide which free game I am going to get though...i've had all four at one point...I still have Zelda...

That's when I picked up mine and I was happy I waited. I think I got it with Wind Waker for $150 or something like that and was playing gems like RE4, Metroid Prime, and Eternal Darkness.

Actually, when I think about it I think Cube might have been the last Nintendo system that was fairly good relative to the competition.

This game is stupid beautiful and the Mario Kart good times you know and love. I been fucking with some tournaments and uploaded one video to YouTube via the MKTV option. They give you a free game for buyng the game and if you have a deluxe Wii U bundle that means they give you a 5 dollars in E-Shop credit for them giving you a free game, shits great.

I'm now playing it more than them. I never played any of the previous releases. This game is dope

Never Tired, Always Sleepy

I like the periodic unlockables here rather than the annoying requirements they had on MK Wii. There also seems to be a lot less rage-inducing moments which is great. Even though I find it more comfortable using the nunchuks & Wiimote, I'm still loving off-TV play.
