two was sick, had me engaged. hell even brotherhood and to a very lesser extent revelations were cool.
that last one tho (3)? shit was wack. i tried and tried a few times to get into it but something about it didn't feel right. i must have played 10 hours at most into it.

i thought 2 and its follow iterations got better as it went. 3 was really so-so to me.

The gameplay for AC2 was good, but that asstastic ending totally made me lose interest in the series.
As much as the anti-slavery movement looks good in that movie in the original post, I have a feeling the gameplay for that add-on could get repetitive if the only thing different about the game is the character's skin color.

I don't know what the timeline would be 'cause I haven't played the games. Either that or they just wanted to show off a game that by all accounts was severely overlooked and had a lot of unique mechanics and situations in it due to the slavery / mixed-race angle.

If she does read this, I wasn't looking to get you or her or your relationship in trouble or have the two of your argue for argument's sake. Was looking for an alternative POV on the subject that could possibly tied into the rebellious negroid DLC that AC4 is planning to put out.

ie. slaves are essentially collectibles which you must save from slave ships in order to unlock item upgrades, and serve little other purpose in the game due to these slave points respawning over time, leading the whole thing to feel sort of futile.

burned out HARD on AC 1 and 2 halfway through both so I don't really want to sign up for a full game. But this DLC with the subject matter and length could be perfect for something to mess around with on PS4.

I was impressed with the story in the main game. I thought they shat on the Desmond story we've been fucking with for damn near 10 years, but there's some familiar faces in the mix.
