No Barkley on the 76ers and no Suns 92-93 sucks. And I as much as I hated Reggie, it wold be nice to play with him, too. But the addition of all these other teams and full legends roster more than make up for those losses.

I would even play with some of those really old school teams for a change; they're pretty stacked. Can you say Oscar Robertson & Kareem vs. Jerry West & Wilt?

After looking at all the players they are going to have, the level got highere for me too but they better improve the servers and have the real bench players on the legend teams.

....but when its a LEAGUE, it gets all fucked up ...games freeze or timeout ..you cant log into the league sometimes ...then if you can finally make it through the season, YOU CANT ADVANCE THE PLAYOFFS!!!

I tried the Knicks on 2K11 and they were an average team at best with the generic subs. It was like what's the point of playing those teams, if we have the exact same squad on the bench?

....but again, we never got to play online with them ...i'd just turn fatigue off and run with the starting 5 if possible

Ewing who was a top 50 player and HOFer was like a 90, I think and the second option was Starks who was like an 80, but they made it to the Finals. They are hard to rate on paper.

I played some of them with the fatigue off too, but sometimes u need a change of pace type of player off the bench tho'.

I thought this was the reason for using old heads.

I wonder how they went about paying the retired players though?

They have the smallest roster with a really big omission. They could have done the '83 team with the same squads and no Barkley.

The Players' CBA with the league is unrelated to these types of deals. Unless they negotiate for them to terminate concurrently, which I doubt.

You have to negotiate with the players on an individual basis. That's why when 2K football tried that All Pro thing with the legends they only had like 20 or 30 legend players. It became too cost prohibitive to sign all those guys to contracts for the use of their likeness.

I believe EA got in trouble for trying that a few years ago, but I'm not sure. But who knows why Chuck said know. You know he could use the money to pay the casinos off.
