"Dropbox vs. Box.net vs. Sugar Sync. Any suggestions?"

My office is moving to another location and we are moving away from having a physical server. I am looking for a solution to house our files while making it easy to access them and sync them on different devices in different states. One of the people in my office is not tech savvy at all so the solution needs to be simple.

Out of three above, DropBox, Box.net and SugarSync, does anyone have any preferences or suggestions.

Thanks

and it gets the job done. if I were to use it for work, I would double check that it's encrypted and that they sell some kind of support.

it is great and easy to use.

they also just added a live editing feature for collaboration.

files upload pretty quickly.

sharing folders is a breeze.

I think someone at work mentioned a license costing $600 or more (can't recall) per person per year.

we use it all the time.

Lastly, Dropbox has added Condoleezza Rice as a board member, according to Bloomberg Businessweek. In 2003, Rice authorized the National Security Agency's wiretaps for members of the United Nation's Security Council at the behest of then-sitting President George W. Bush. Rice later defended the wiretaps. In the intervening decade, the NSA has taken many more magnitudes of liberty with such monitoring programs.
